He that guy there.... or that guy... or.. MGTOW ghost in plain sight. Probably very few people in a western country that haven't met one.... could even be a close friend.

I had to look up what that meant. At least now I know. I think the other answer about bitterness in the eye is apt, along with a disrespectful bitter tone in the voice.
