Alimony is already going the way of the dinosaur. 85-90% of divorces do not include any spousal support, and permanent alimony is pretty well a thing of the past.

Alimony is not given in most, if not all, states. That's a 1970's concept.

I highly doubt it matters much since alimony is rarely given these days.
