If nudity was legal, women would be gang raped on a daily basis. I'm sorry if this is too blunt but males would not be able to go on about their business seeing women's naked body. Nudity should not be legal.

It's usually legal, it just has other laws attached to it like you can't be nude with the intention of harassment which they would accuse you of. They can't outlaw something natural, but nobody likes it, so they think up other things to get you with.

just because it's legal doesn't mean the social stigma will go away. people are given the stank look for smoking cigarettes, even though it's technically legal.
