I think my sister has anorexia, what can I do?

My sister is barely eating, and looks to be in so much discomfort when she is eating, why can I do for her? Please, I'm clueless.

tell your parents so they can get her some help

Gently encourage her to eat, TELL YOUR PARENTS, get her to a doctor quickly. Make sure she's getting enough nutrients and water, and she isn't frail and losing weight quickly.
