Is this sign of old age or something else?

Each night I go to the bathroom like 5-7 times to pee. Then I go another 5 times during my 10 mile morning run. Don't think it's UTI since I have 0 symptoms. I am in my 40s. So is this something serious or normal due to old age?

you may have diabetes, but it can be fixed by a Naturopath or a Homeopath, both may be able to help......a regular doctor willl want give you drugs.......
