Mistake: cos(theta)=/=90*, it should be that theta=90* instead. Ans. if theta=90*, then cos(theta)=0

Let theta = 90° Then cos(90°) = 0

If cosx is equal to 90, then the value of cosx is 90. Did you mean what is cosx when x = 90 degrees? If so, cos90 = 0.

If cos(t) is 90 degrees, then cos(t) is 90 degrees. However, if you meant to say, "If t = 90 degrees, then what is the value of cos(t)?" then the answer is 0 cos(90 degrees) = 0

cos(θ) cannot be equal to 90° If θ = 90°, cos(θ) = 0

As cosθ is a function while 90° is an angle, cosθ should never be equal to 90°. The question should read: If θ is equal to 90°, what is the value of cosθ? cos90° = 0

cosθ would normally be just a number, and wouldn't have units like degrees. Check the problem again, are you sure it isn't θ that is 90°?

cos θ cannot be equal to 90º. θ is an angle, and can be 90º, but cos θ is a number between –1 and +1. cos 90º = 0, if that helps.
