you shouldnt have to be locked up at all unless you need their help for a while

NEWSFLASH: You cannot and will not be "locked up" in a psychiatric facility unless you are dangerous to yourself or others. And so unless you are threatening the staff or other people......you are totally free of restraints.

They have to release you if you start acting normal because no one can be subject to inhumane treatment which is the same thing as long-term care wo/review.
