Not the healthiest. Lots of cholesterol. Also incredibly gross and sad how they treat the chickens so u wouldn’t recommend eating them because it’s practially chicken period.

Yes, very. If I had to eat only one type of food for the rest of my life, I'd choose eggs because they are so nutritious.
