If you have full blown sickle cell then you can not join. If you have the trait then you can.

No, and god, why would you want to add that to that mo fo disease? Though I am 43 years type 1 Diabetes, and did want to get in and be a drone pilot, but they do not include that for any option at all either. VERY dismissive and over controlling.
