All you need is some Zinc Oxide. (Sold at your pharmacy) look in the baby section or in the first aid section.

No oral meds - after washing use Vaseline/petroleum jelly as it coats the skin and prevents the urine acid irritating the skin and causing the rash

You don't use oral medications to cure diaper rashes! You can use Desitin or A&D! Try to keep the air dry by changing diaper right once wet or soiled and sprinkle on some baby powder often
