Easy enough, look it up and click on images and see if your penis looks like that. If it does and you have issues with erections or concerns about having sex, see a urologist for possible treatment.

Peyronie's is usually pretty obvious. You are old, you damaged your penis, it has a hard plaque in it, and a sharp bend, not a curve..
