What foods/drinks should I cut out of my diet if I am trying to lose weight?

I cut out McDonalds and KFC I cut out Sweets I cut out Energy Drinks I cut out Coke I still drink Coffee with sugar (is that good or bad) I have 1 cup of cereal for breakfast

    Cereal is junk food, so is sugar. There are proven diet plans out there, maybe it would be a good idea to find one and follow it? There is Atkins, Weight Watchers, Ketogenic, to name a few. I prefer Ketogenic.

    CUT OUT ALL FAST FOOD SODAS..DRINK BOTTLED WATER ONLY, OR ICE TEA. ALL WHITE PRODUCTS SUCH AS BREAD POTATOES,ANYTHING STARCHY SUGARY FOODS, ICE CREAM, CANDY ETC.....
