Grammar help please?

Is it correct to say: "someone is love to dance" ? Why it is or why it is not? I know you can say somebody is in love... or someone loves...? But somebody is arguing with me saying someone is love to dance is correct.

It is NOT correct. Someone loves to dance/ Someone loves dancing. Someone is in love with somebody (human vs. human).
