Why do people exclude others? And act rude & not say hi..?

Because some people are total assholes that try to make others feel as if they don't matter or that they're not relevant.

It's voluntary who you like or don't like or don't notice one way or the other. No one "owes" us their friendship. We have to earn it.

Either they don't like someone or they're antisocial. They may also dislike people in general.
