I am 19 years old and was with someone for nearly 3 years who has destroyed who I am as a person I m trying to get away for a while ever somewhere which would help me or just somewhere I know I m safe does anyone know somewhere thank you.

Whereever you are, go to yahoo or google, search on 'domestic violence help, your city'. There are organizations out there who have women's shelters, lawyers, counselors, etc to help abuse victims of all kinds. Best of luck.

You are in the healing and growing process which can be painful and seem like you're not doing well. But you are actually getting better. Focus on the future on new possibilities and your growth. Stay busy and control your thoughts to be positive.
