Memory Unit: Rapid access, low capacity “warehouse” section 1. Memory unit is rapid access? But what it means exactly? Rapid for what? 2. What does the word "warehouse" mean in this case? Thanks!

It means that memory unit is working fast, storing data.

A warehouse is a storage facility. "Rapid," for fast retrieval of whatever is stored.
