That would entirely depend on the percentage the exam goes toward your final class grade. We sure as hell can't guess what that percentage might be, can you?

It depends what percent of your final grade for the class depends on the final. If the final exam is 25% of your grade, you could pass. If the final exam is 50% of your grade, then you need to get probably a 60% to pass.
