I am in 8th Grade taking Pre-Algebra and I decided to skip Algebra I and take Geometry next year. Is this ok or bad?

I was placed in Pre-Algebra in 6th Grade and I wasn't moved on to the next level for some reason. I have always been pretty darn good at math.

Bad. You shouldn't skip Algebra 1 and just jump to Geometry.

bad. Math trains the brain. Algebra has many good equations.

Don't skip Algebra 1.

You will need algebra knowledge in geometry. Not a good idea to skip around. Everything in math builds on previous knowledge.
