"The Moores" would be pronounced "the Moores", while "The Moore s" would be pronounced "the Moore es". Which do you want? "The Moores" is the plural of Moore. I have no idea what a "Moore s" is.

If you want to label the house as belonging to the Moores, it would be The Moores' House. But just to include all the members of the family, it's just plural- The Moores.
