Is bloating a cause of colon cancer?

I am having bloating not severe since today morning after eating.I get a little feeling of being full and then I get 5-6 burps.The burps are bitter in taste.After burping my bloating gets relaxed.I am only 15 years old.

Not, but it can certainly be a symptom. The primary cause of colon cancer is a poor diet low in fiber.
