Will taking antibiotics stop my period?
8 answers
I just started my period this morning and am about to take antibiotics. Will it make my period stop and then resume later, like delay it and then I will get it at a later time? Or will my period continue like normal? Just wondering what I should expect.

Antibiotics won’t stop your period, but they can weaken the effectiveness of your birth control. While taking the antibiotics, it is recommended to use condoms if you are going to have sex, just to be safe.
