    divide the difference by the original,,, 10 cents divided by 210 cents, then times 100, or to simplify, multiply the difference by 100 BEFORE you divide by the original,,,, which 10* 100 = 1,000 ; 1000/210= 4.7619 4.76 % is the answer.
