I closed thew car door on it fully shut on Friday so its been 3 days. I've been keeping a bandaid on it with ointment but I am not sure if I need to go to urgent care. Let me know what you think based on the picture please!

Too late for sutures-- the tissues have already begun to die. Just keep it DRY and bandaged, but stop using the ointment. Greasy ointments inhibit the oxygen getting to a wound and will actually impede healing.
