What are these dark bumps on my inner thigh?

I am a 13 year old female and i’ve had it as long as I can remember. I don’t like wearing shorts or going to the pool because of it. Also i’m pretty sure they are not pimples and they don’t hurt or itch but i’d like to know how to get rid of the and fast.

Probably ingrown hair. Exfoliants might help. Might not. Shaving might help, but also carries the risk of infection.

They're bubonic plague. You'll be fine.

Without seeing them it's hard to say. But my immediate guess would be maybe ingrown hairs.

They might be moles or they might be skin tags or they might be something else, but no one would be able to tell you for certain unless they were 1) a doctor or dermatologist, and 2) able to see them in person.
