Extremely fatal! But i am just wondering. How would they treat the heart if the bullet went all the way through. And how would they treat the heart if the bullet was lodged in the heart?

You would bleed to death before you got into surgery.

I don't think anyone can survive that, if by any miracle they do? they'll die shortly.

i doubt they'd have to treat it... the person would be dead

Extremely fatal? As opposed to “lightly fatal”? You can’t set degrees of fatality. A gun shot wound to the heart would be devastating.
