Is this healthy meal plan to lose weight?

Breakfast: 1 cup of cereal or oatmeal (350 calories) Lunch: 5 scrambled eggs with 2 toast' (587 calories) Dinner: A small portion sized of whatever my mum cooks for dinner ( 689 calories)

No. Your meal plan includes too many carbs (cereal, toast) and no veggies. This is a horrible plan.

You're eating a lot of grains.... cut those out.

Uh.......your calories are all off. 1 cup of oatmeal isn't 350 calories, 5 eggs and toast isn't 500 calories. Sheesh.
