How come social media movements [BlacksLivesMatter, #MeToo, etc] are exclusive to The United States of America?

They're not. Though Black Lives Matter is focused on the United States, #MeToo stories have been posted from people all over the world.

BLM is exclusive to USA because its one of the most diverse countries in the world. #metoo is not exclusive to USA but since there are alot of famous people in USA it seems like its exclusive to USA.
