There is no way to tell, unless you use electricity 24 hours a day. Then it would be 0.010 x 24 x 180. (By the way, $0.010 is ridiculously cheap...)

It is all laid out on the billing Statement. You need to know What the usage is. Then multiply the use by the cost. Running a single light bulb vs. a refrigerator is considerably different over 180 days.
