Can a person really fire 2 guns at the same time like in the movies?

My girlfriend and I are debating on this. I don't think could do to the recoil from firing the gun. But my girlfriend think a person could. What do you all think?

He can fire as many as he wants till he can withstand the repulsion due to recoil of guns.

The recoil happens after the trigger is pulled. Of course you can pull two triggers at once. What happens after that depends on all sorts of things. If you can fire one gun with one hand, I see no reason why you can't fire two with two hands.

Yes. I've done it myself for fun. There was double the recoil, but it doesn't matter as much as someone might think. Two 45s are nothing compared to that of a high power rifle or a nicely pumped up muzzle loader.
