Not unless they are on their front teeth. Usually they are in the back and I don't go around looking into the backs of people's mouths.

Usually, Yes. And I can only recommend not to have amalgam fillings. It contains Mercury and that is the most toxic non-radioactive metal. It contaminates the body for decades and destroy the brain.
