Can I get strong abs by just cycling ?

NO I cycle more than 50 miles a week, I have superb calf/thigh/quad muscles but my abs are not special.

Your abs will become stronger. Depends on how much fat you have covering your abs, and how much you want to develop your abs. Cycling itself is not going to give rippling abs.

Maybe if you cycle on steep mountains and pedal out of the saddle a lot. But usually no, you can't expect strong abs for cycling, only strong legs. You could get visible abs (i.e. low fat percentage) , but that's a totally different thing.
