I vaped 3 times, I’m underage, and my mom has made a doctor appointment. The last time I vaped was about 5 days ago. I have shortness of breath. Do you think they’ll know I’ve vaped?

I was bed ridden for two weeks after vaping for one day,pneumonia. Went back to full fat ciggerettes...fine now part from,breathlessness. I know the risks.
