Almost all school shootings happen because of bullying and ostracism.

sure they COULD do that, so why give them that chance...just BE NICE to them...couldn't hurt.

Yes. If you mistreat your siblings there is a good chance it will affect your future relationship with them. It's not rare for someone that was mistreated by a sibling growing up to never really forgive them.
