My height will grow or not i m 18 and i m 5.8 now if grow how many inches can i add ?

you could grow a few more inches by the time your done fully growing

You will probably not get any taller, but no one can predict your final height. There are too many unknowns about your genetics, nutrition, exercise, sleep and so on.
