It will take along time, and it will be VERY, VERY painful to die from liver and kidney failure. Taking any over the counter medication, like Advil is a stupid and foolish way to try to kill yourself.

You might die, but it would be rather painful and take a while. If you didn't die, you would end up in the hospital with tubes and other stuff stuck in you. "please help..." - help what. Help you kill yourself, or help you NOT kill yourself.

It can cause you to bleed internally. Not usually fatal, but you may wish you were dead if you suffer permanent damage to your stomach or intestines.
