Do US schools not have guards?

We have atleast 2 guards in every school in my country. No school shooting here in years. Dont US schools have guards?

Nothing to do with having guards. Where I live we don't have guards and there's never been a school shooting. But we are not allowed to have guns either so that might explain it.

We don't have school police or guards in the UK. We have very, very few guns, very little gun crime, no school shootings for years.

Some do, some don’t. For grade school and middle, there were no guards. For high school, we had a guard but she was fat and old. I doubt she would be able to do anything if there were a school shooting.
