Are you dumb. It's a CATHOLIC school. Sue them and they'll laugh in your face.

Of course not. It is a private school. If you do not wish your kids to be taught religion send them to a public school.

You can't sue them. Most of the schools where I live are Catholic run. All one has to do is ask that the child be exempt from religious instuction classes.

You can, but just be ready for them to counter-sue 'you' for a lack of parental foresight, and for being stupid enough to send her there to begin with.

No, they are a private institution that is part of their curriculum. If you don't want your daughter to learn religion, don't send her to a religious-based school!

No. It was your choice to send her there

No, your fault for sending her to a catholic school!
