Is "outmeasure" natural in the sentence below?

When I weigh up the pros and cons of working after retirement, I believe that the benefits will outmeasure the downsides of it. I think "outmeasure" is archaic, so exceed is better than outmeasure.

In the UK we would say outnumber

No, it's not. Use "outweigh." And no one says "downsides." It's "downside."

I dont think it is a word. One usually says "outweigh"
