I am transfering to another university but i don't know if I'm considered a freshman transfer or sophomore transfer. I have completed my first year in college already and applying this summer as a transfer student

Depends on how many credit hours will be accepted for transfer credit.

In general, if at least 30 semester credits are accepted for credit at your new school, you will be considered sophomore.
