It depends. Is said person attracted to the murderer because they are good looking, or because they are a murderer? The latter would make them hybristophilia.

Typically, people determine "good looking" on facial symmetry and then there's body dimensions which can contribute. People make first impressions on others this way everyday. What people see as attractive is considerably more complicated.
