Does getting shot in the back hurt? I know inspector Todd from Beverly Hills Cop III was shot twice in the back and died. Can you die getting shot in the back?

Yes it hurts. Yes, you can die. The bullet can go into the back and into or through an organ. So you bleed to death, with pain. Bullets do not just stop at the skin. A bullet can go through you, if it has enough energy.
