How fast would I have to go if I wanted to fly through the sun without getting burned?

It wouldn't matter. Because if the fusion reaction doesn't destroy your ship, the pressure from entering the sun would even at warp speed.

No speed would protect you from the Sun's heat. You would not even get near the Sun. You would be vaporised a long way from it.

Impossible. The core is too dense for that, even at close to the speed of light.
