So i wanted to try it and i fingered my *** the other day (i washed my hands) could this cause prostatitis?

No, can't do much back there with your own finger to do a lot of stimulation, so would not cause an infection. Plus you are pushing the prostate through the rectum wall so it is protected.

No, prostatitis is an infection of the prostate. The infection is caused from something internally. Not from something on your fingers.
