My back just popped and now I can't move at all?

I was walking my dog I bent down to pick up his tennis ball and my back popped I just froze I couldn't move I shuffled slowly all the way home now I'm sitting on my sofa in excruciating pain I can't move what to do?

Your best answer is a joke! You need medical attention before YOU CAN NEVERAK with out pain again. The sooner things are caught the better!

My house is on fire right now, I'm about the be burned alive...what do I do???? Come on! Its obvious, instead of getting on the internet and asking a random bunch of strangers CALL 911!!!!!

Pick up the phone and dial 911. Sounds like a disc may have popped out or ruptured.

Take Ibuprofen asap. This will help with the pain. See your doctor. There is little that you can do other than let it settle down. After a week or so start doing exercises designed to ease the problem. See link.
