That depends on where you live, your daily expenses, rent, food expenses, etc. It might be good for some, and not sufficient for others. There's no way to tell whether it's good in YOUR case without knowing all the details.

Depends on the hours. For an 8 hour day it's pretty good. For 12 hours, not so much.
