    4^(3x) = 1/(4^3) 4^(3x) = 4^(-3) Hence 3x = -3 x = -1

    4^(3x) = 4^(-3) 3x = - 3 x = - 1

    4^3x = 1/64 64x = 1/64 x = 1/4096 If you meant 4^(3x) = 1/64, then 4^(3x) = 1/64 4^(3x) = 4^-3 3x = -3 x = -1

    4^3x = 1/64 4^3x = 4^(-3) 3x = -3 x = -1

    x=-1 If you think about it this way, 4^3 is just 4x4x4 which =64. The negative in exponents just makes it into a fraction over 1.

    4^(3x) = 1/64 4^(3x) = 4^(-3) 3x = -3 x = -1.

    PEMDAS Be very careful with your notation, 4^3x = 1/64 is (4^3)x = 1/64 Even WolframAlpha agrees, yielding x = 1/4096 === 4^(3x) = 1/64 is more likely what you're after. We know 4³ = 64 Then 1/4³ = 1/64 So (3x) = -3 x = -1

    4^3x = 1/64 4^3x = 1/4³ 4^3x = 4⁻³ 3x=-3 x=-1
