Nobody. Somebody did FIND OUT that DNA existed, but no one invented it.

Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) was not invented. You could ask who discovered it and the answer to that would be the Swiss chemist Johann Friedrich Miescher.

There was no "who." DNA came about because of interesting biochemistry on early Earth almost four billion years ago. DNA was "discovered" by J. Friedrich Miescher circa 1869.
