After waxing my armpits it started bleeding and I got under skin bruises like my vessels erupted? What should I do?

Do NOT wax your armpits. The skin of your armpits is too sensitive for that kind of torture. Get a disposable razor and SHAVE your armpits.

Wax your armpits less, and try the magnetic pulses that turn off the hair follicle, rather than persist with torture like that.

I would not apply any deodorant for the time being. Do your best to keep the area clean and dry and do not do that again.

Neosporin on gauze pads. Change them twice a day. It will heal in a week or less. NEVER. DO. THAT. AGAIN.
