Wear a turtleneck or cover it with makeup.

Most things you can do to it will be obvious... if your super determined to hide it, actually purposely bruise the same area... it it looks like a LEGIT bruise, they'll ask you how you got it, not who gave it to you.

Maybe apply concealer over it or put a round bandaid on it but people will ask why it's on there. Say you've got an inflamed zit. Or wear a scarf.
