Lump in throat during x-ray?

This may sound like a really dumb question. But anyone know what this lump/mass is in my throat? I got these x-rays done at the chiropractor and they didn't mention anything about it, but i didn't know if this is normal? I'm a 23 year old female.

Ask the chiropractor or get a copy of the xray and ask your doctor.
